We are pleased to present you the “ In an Armchair with Picasso ” kit.

This is an interactive activity kit, designed to allow a person with dementia to enjoy an artistic experience, even without leaving home. Almost Like a little visit to a museum, but in an armchair, in familiar surroundings and at a leisurely pace.

The assessment is suitable for family members, caregivers, professionals and volunteers, and the idea behind the activity is simple: look at works of art together, talk about them, reminisce, share feelings, and sometimes just... Enjoying From the beauty, the colors, and the shared moment.

• Approximately 50 colorful cards with artwork
• On the back of each card: information about the work, suggestions for playing, and questions for discussion.
• A CD with the photos, for display on a screen or projector.
• Operating instructions booklet

The uniqueness of the assessment is that it does not require “correct answers.” There is no memory test here, and there is no need to know who the artist is or what the name of the work is. The goal is Open a door For conversation, for memory, for emotion, for expression and for connection.

Art can evoke memories from the past, enable conversation even when words are hard to find, and create pleasant moments of proximity Between the person with dementia and the person accompanying them.
