If you want to help the EMDA Association, one of the simplest, most direct and practical ways is to shop at the EMDA store.

Our store is designed to bring together in one place dedicated, tested and recommended solutions for families dealing with dementia and Alzheimer's: operating kits, brochures, consulting and support services, books, courses, tracking watches and other solutions.

The goal is simple : to save families time, confusion, and exhausting searching — and to offer them solutions that truly fit the reality of caring for a person with dementia, at discounted prices. 💚

Amda's store

What can you purchase in the EMDA store and website?

In the store you will find, among other things, kits and operating solutions that the EMDA Association developed for families with dementia:

  • Talk cards – Talking about dementia: A tool that enables respectful discussion about the person with dementia, the family members who care for them, the extended family, and the stigmas surrounding the disease.

  • Creating with pleasure: An activity kit for people with dementia, enabling creation, enjoyment, meaning, and shared moments.

  • sense sense: A sensory stimulation kit, also suitable for people in advanced stages of dementia.

  • Golden memories: A kit to encourage memories, stories, and conversation through pictures, questions, and sayings.

  • In an armchair with Picasso: An experiential kit that makes art accessible to people with dementia, and encourages conversation, emotion, and connection.

  • Connections and skills: A diverse activity kit for preserving connection, communication, movement, memory, creativity and enjoyment.

  • The Brain Booklet: A booklet for cognitive practice, for preserving and promoting thinking and memory abilities.

In the store and on the website, you can also purchase support and guidance services from the EMDA Association, for example:

  • Personal consultation session on Zoom: An hour with a dementia expert, to receive practical guidance for the family.

  • Telam ProgramThree meetings in the family home, and two years of telephone support, to support daily coping.

  • Family envelope: Managing a patient's case and accompanying families at complex intersections with authorities and institutions.

  • Joining an association: Annual membership fees, which also include benefits for families and direct support for the association's activities.

And recently, we have also added solutions from external suppliers , which we have carefully selected, and which we offer to the EMDA community at particularly good prices:

  • Courses and workshops To preserve memory

  • Locator watches For people with dementia

  • Books: “Dementia: A Guide for Caregivers”, “The Voice of Oblivion", and more

  • We are constantly adding more solutions to the store that can make it easier for family caregivers.

Why does this help?

On the one hand, families and caregivers receive a tested, high-quality, relevant product or service at an excellent price. Instead of searching on your own, comparing, debating, and discovering in retrospect what is suitable and what is not, you can start from a place that has already compiled solutions that have been selected specifically for families with dementia and Alzheimer's.

On the other hand, every purchase also helps the EMDA Association. Sometimes the purchase itself creates a direct impact — because the assessment, book, service, or solution really helps the family. And in cases where the association is left with a small commission from the sale, it allows us to continue developing services, expanding support, making information accessible, and helping more and more families.

Want to help? Just shop at EMDA

If you need a solution for yourself, a family member, a caregiver, a foreign worker, a support group, a day center or a therapeutic setting — enter the EMDA store.

And if you know a family dealing with dementia, share the link to the store with them.

Sometimes big help starts with a small purchase — one that makes it easier for one family, and supports an organization that tries to help many more after it. 🧡
